In 2003, the company developed the feedbackfriend© survey engine. This software was designed to collect, collate and report on member related surveys for major clients including the Australian Football League (AFL). Key learnings derived from our survey experience led us to develop SPORTSubs Fortis, a holistic contact management solution that was client friendly and focussed on member satisfaction rather than the traditional ticketing approach adopted by our competitors.
Over the past 10 years SPORTSubs Fortis has developed into the most integrated sporting management software in the Australian market. The product’s rapidly growing feature set has been complimented by the company’s inclusion of Call Centre and Membership Fulfilment services.
